Patrick Healy is the founder of Phacient, a consultancy aiding companies improve their marketing strategy, operations efficiency, and technological capabilities. Having worked for leading firms such as Onboard Informatics, Euro RSCG, Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns, Patrick has always been passionate about technology. His roles have ranged from Web development and software training to branding strategy and client management.

Most recently, Patrick led the effort to organize the 2012 RE BarCamp in New York which was a huge success. Recently he has led social media workshops and panels for The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), The New York Times/Citi Habitats (Insights), Greenpearl Events (REMarTech), and The NYC Networking Group. Mentioned above, Patrick organizes events such as REBarcamp New York, a real estate marketing un-conference with over 80 sessions and speakers. He is also a founding member and organizer of Lucky Strikers Social Media Club; a networking organization that meets monthly to discuss social media best practices for real estate professionals. He is also one of ‘Roost’s 50 People to Follow on Twitter‘. Patrick has an MBA in Marketing Management and International Business with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Patrick’s two biggest passions are technology and people. His ability to understand both has made him invaluable to his clients; allowing him throughout his career to serve as a business translator and shepherd through uncharted waters. These passions also lend themselves to the combination of social media, real estate and personal branding very well.
