Ryan Hinricher is Founder of Investor Nation and the firm’s Senior Housing Analyst.  The Investor Nation team works with individual, family office and institutional investors to generate positive cash flow and capital appreciation through purchase and hold of residential real estate.

Ryan is a professional real estate investor, housing market analyst, and change advocate.  He is also a regular housing marketcontributor to the Bigger Pockets Blog, an online real estate investment magazine.  He has been investing in real estate for his own benefit since the year 2000 and has advised on over 750 transactions for partners and clients since 2004.

In 2010, Ryan and his partners founded RealYields a property analysis and marketing application for buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.  The tool offers a quick way to evaluate, publish, and share property proformas and metrics.
