Eat & Learn: What’s all the ‘Buzz’ about new construction? Matt Slutsky knows….

This month is all about coming up with more creative and cost effective ways to market listings. We are very very excited to have Matt Slutsky with us to speak about this topic that often eludes most of the people in our industry.

Since launching in 2009, BuzzBuzzHome has grown into an international, multi-million-dollar business using less than $1,000 in advertising per month. BuzzBuzzHome, which is based in Toronto, has established offices in Vancouver and most recently, New York. Matthew will discuss social media strategies for building a community of industry experts, and how to engage real estate professionals across multiple mediums (for instance, how developers and brokers may differ in Twitter use). Essentially, the presentation will cover how to create and grow a web presence that remains true to your business’s core vision – and do it without breaking the bank.

  1. Headed into NY this Friday for Stephanie’s seminar. Cannot do 2 — are you going to do a hangout again?

    • I know we will be capturing it – like we did last month. I have to slice it up and will probably share some of it at some point but the best way to see it all is to just attend. 🙂

        Well since I am sick and cannot go to Steph’s seminar, maybeeeeee. Hotel recommendations that won’t kill the budget? It’s hard getting home at 2 am.
