Nicole Beauchamp

Nicole Beauchamp is a born and bred Manhattanite, who transitioned to real estate sales years ago while recovering from being a software architect. Having always been a source of information and guidance for friends, colleagues and clients who choose to make New York their home the transition was natural. From conservatory bound classical musician, to finance and tech geek and eventually to real estate, this range of sensibilities – data analysis and negotiation skills, marketing savvy, appreciation for the arts and the ability to understand various perspectives-have been invaluable in all aspects of business and are particularly useful in real estate. Working with a broad client range, from first time home buyers, to savvy investors, making the process educational as well as pleasurable. In addition to fluency in Spanish, she also has an understanding of conversational Russian as well.

Nicole is passionate about helping people, and it is part of what makes being a real estate agent so gratifying,additionally,she is passionate about educating and informing,and this drives her passion to give back to her community, professionally and personally.

With a highly regarded blog penned by company President Frederick Peters since 2008,Warburg property info on the AroundMe iPhone app since 2009 ,and a website designed to show case up to the minute blog posts,and the integration of social media on agent profile pages-for Nicole it was a natural choice to switch brokerages.Warburg is one of the firms featured on the highly popular HGTV program Selling New York.

Nicole is a member of REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York), volunteering time as part of the Education Committee as well as the Residential Sales Council. She recently helped lead a session on productivity and technology for NYC real estate brokers at a REBNY Breakfast Club ,participated on a panel at a Women’s Council of Realtors event in Monmouth County on social media and real estate and as a featured speaker for a real estate office in Westport, CT on technology and its efficiencies for real estate agents.

She has remained active with the alumni associations of LaGuardia High School of Music and Art & Performing Arts and New York University where she is a member of the Young Alumni Leadership Circle. In the past she has volunteered for local non-profits, including having served on the Board of Directors of East Harlem Little League as their Chief Information Officer, and volunteering with Destination Imagination and Special Spectators

And when she’s not doing any of the above, life in NYC includes her  family and friends, travel, food & wine, yoga, bridge and of course my dog Bentley.
